MADE-TO-ORDER TERMS & CONDITIONS
Minimum Quantity : 1000 pcs. per design (or as agreed otherwise)
Minimum Value : USD 3,000 per order requested or there will be USD 120 surcharge
Payment : Cost for sculpture and mold is to be prepaid together with 30% deposit upon
ordering, 70% payment 2 weeks prior to delivery
Lead-time : At least 4-8 weeks production lead-time, depending on quantity
ORDER REQUIREMENTS AND PROCESS
Design - Drawing, photo or postcard (various views, if possible) with your specifications
on colors, dimension, logo (if any, sent in AI files) etc. are requested so we can
quote you the price and lead-time. If you request a design from us, a clear brief
is needed.
Cost - Our quoted prices for customized designs are normally consisted of :-
1) Sculpture, Mold & Sample Cost: = USD 100 or more / design
- To be paid upon ordering (First time charge only)
2) Production Cost:
- To be quoted individually, as the costs vary depending on color details and
difficulty
- 30% deposit to be paid upon ordering, 70% payment 2 weeks prior to
delivery

Process & Production Lead-time
1) After designs and quoted prices are approved, the wax model sculptures will be ready for approval in
2-3 weeks via e-mail before mold development.
2) If there is no adjustment needed on the sculpture, the colored sample will be done in about 1 week for
your preview. At this stage, only adjustment on colors accepted, not on the sculpture.
3) After final sample approval, the production will normally be completed within 4-8 weeks
or as agreed otherwise.
4) All custom made designs are exclusively produced for each customer only, but may be exhibited or
publicized for reference purpose.
PACKING DETAILS
- Individual OPP bag / box (depends on product)
- Our normal export carton size is 68 x 48 x 50 cm., which is 0.1632 CBM
- Each export carton has 6 inner boxes, size 33 x 46 x 45.5 cm.
- The packing depends on which product your order but there will always be inner boxes inside an export
carton.
